Can Chiropractic Help You?
As our bodies adapt to cope with the daily demands of life including prolonged sitting at desks, driving, poor posture, stress, sports, progressing age, unsuitable diet, accidents and trauma, the adverse effects can affect our musculoskeletal system.
This can lead to joint stiffness, reduced range of movement, pain and referred pain.
Joint stiffness and dysfunction can then result in less efficient communication by the nervous system between the brain and the body, preventing our muscles from working effectively and our bodies from moving accurately.
Chiropractic To Improve Your Health
Using a holistic, whole body approach, we help the body address these musculoskeletal issues. McTimoney chiropractic technique is combined in treatments, which are tailored to your individual needs, with several other techniques including:
: McTimoney Chiropractic

An integrated multidisciplinary approach to health care is important and therefore links with other health care practitioners ensure we can advise on the most appropriate care for patients at all times. All practitioners are of the highest standard, fully qualified, insured and members of their own professional bodies.
Chiropractic is a healing art based in science. It is a way of adjusting the spine and other joints in the body to address joint restriction and help the nervous system work more effectively.
This helps the body find its normal alignment, improving communication between the brain and body, thus helping muscles to function normally, increasing mobility and overall helping to optimise health. Our Techniques
